Downton Abbey actor Hugh Bonneville has pledged his support for the Save Bampton's Old Grammar School campaign, and features in its video fundraising appeal.

Villagers from Bampton, Oxfordshire, have launched a £250k initiative to help preserve the building, which features as the Downton Cottage Hospital in the ITV drama. It is hoped that by restoring the historic building it could provide the village with a 'sustainable tourist attraction'.
